Focus and reflection

Choose a focus duration and the apps to avoid, then review completed, broken and interrupted sessions in Activity and History. The app monitors selected-app use; it does not prevent those apps from opening.

Android implementation

The native Android app combines session timing, app-usage monitoring and local session records. Calendar navigation and session history make the results of each session inspectable.

Development status

The app is in development. These screenshots use isolated test sessions and demo amounts, not real deposits, withdrawals or customer results. No public store download is connected.
